Tuning in from last time, this match was one for the ages. After several momentum shifts, YUE proved why she was the champ. Through strain and effort, she managed to triumph over her blonde-haired rival. Talk about really putting on a show! The energy exerted in the ring left both competitors fatigued and sweat-soaked. Surely, this had to be the end, right?





Kat embraced YUE in a show of good sportsmanship, but...It's a trap! With a few strikes of her own, Kat has YUE down on the mat. What is going on???







The ref tries to break up the confusion but, another wrestler enters the ring. A...male...wrestler. Srs wtf (seriously, what the f***) is happening? The referee is getting whipped over there in the corner. Saya enters the ring AGAIN! Oh my God, all hell has broken loose! (Channeling my inner Jim Ross here, LOL).







This is getting ugly fast, as Saya and Kat double-team YUE. Are we just going to sit by and let this continue? Not so fast; cue the theme music!





Kou enters the ring and begins attacking Saya!



"Get the bitch! Get her!" Kat commands, still locking YUE in a sleeper. Pandemonium in the ring! The ref tries to stop the match but is interrupted by...who is this?

The Boozerweight, Mattlanta, whatever nickname you have for him, people know him as Matt Sells. What is the former pro out of Ring of Honor and AEW doing here? Pummeling the referee apparently.

"Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Kat utters as Saya and her pick up their opponents and throws them towards the ropes.





They try for a lariat, but Kou and YUE evade the attack and add a reversal of their own! Wooo what a match!

Kou and YUE kick their Western rivals in the gut while the referee shakes off Matt Sells. What is this?





Boom! DDT, baby! Everyone seems too stunned to react.



The BWP girls pick up Kat and Saya, having them stand in the middle of the ring.

Double lariat. Both Westerners are wincing.







Another technique. Suplex city!

Both Kat and Saya are in deep water here. Momentum is on the side of Team Japan.



"Saya, Saya!" Kat cries out, trying to reach her partner. Nope. Kou and YUE are not having any of that.





Kou has Saya locked in what looks to be some sort of Mexican stretch, while Kat is getting pulled apart by a Boston crab. Both recipients groan audibly, still withered from the previous matches.

Kat wails out apologies while Saya is in the middle of her own torment. The referee calls for the submission as both try to hang on for dear life.



They persevere...



And persevere...

Until...



"Give up!"





A double-tap! The bell rings as the Westerners are cuddled into a ball of anguish and defeat. Team Japan prevails. Both Kou and YUE show why they are the best in the business.







Kat and Saya clutch each other, taunting their opponents and calling for revenge.

"We'll come back for you!"

"This isn't over!"

"We're gonna beat you next time."

Both DC fighters sob, broken and defeated.





Matt Sells enters into the ring again as Kat still refuses to accept the match result. Kat attacks YUE, but Kou kicks her and sends her to the mat. The Boozer continues to jump on the ref.





YUE flings him to the ropes and delivers a clothesline for good measure. The audience claps as Matt Sells slithers out of the ring with a flustered Kat and Saya trailing behind.



"I'll be back for you! I'm not scared of you!" Kat screams, pointing at YUE

"This is NOT over!" Saya follows.



The DC crew slinks their way backstage as Kou picks up a mic. YUE goes for a handshake, but Kou slaps it away and delivers a monologue.

It is quite long and a mountain of text to translate, but basically how Kou is the true champion, and she'll prove it soon enough at the next live event.







After a battle of words, Kou disappears into the background while YUE thanks everyone for coming.



Overall, this was a fantastic card, as the semi-final and final matches were worth their weight in gold. DC and BWP put on a show for the fans, leaving a lasting legacy that will be difficult to forget. Get a piece of history today!
