Round 1 had Team DC raising their hands in victory over the BATTLE team. However, YUE and Ririka fought back to secure Round 2. This is the final act—the curtain call. Whoever gets the victory here wins the match. Who ya got?
Both groups stand in their corners, discussing strategy. Then, with a little encouragement, Kat decides to switch with Saya, who will open the round.
The bell rings, and YUE and Saya lock up. A test of strength is in full force.
Just as Saya looks like she’ll be gaining the advantage, YUE stomps on her boot.
Followed up with a DDT! YUE is starting where she left off, getting the edge early on.
Saya is flung to the corner post. What is going on here?
Tornado DDT! Leave it to YUE to unleash high-quality moves. Saya is getting overrun.
YUE wraps around Saya, wrapping her in a sleeper hold. Saya winces and cries out in anguish.
“Give up suru?” YUE commands, which Saya quickly objects.
Kat tries to give some encouragement from behind the ropes, urging Saya to break free.
YUE continues to taunt her opponent. Action on top of action, my friends!
Kat gets tired of these antics and interferes with the submission.
YUE gets double-teamed as Saya holds her in place, only to have Kat treat her like a heavy bag. A flurry of attacks.
Followed up with a suplex!
Then a standing head scissors. A similar move to another lanky fighter named Kanon Nakajo (who is admittedly a favorite of mine, LOL)
Now Kat is on the trash-talking gamut.
“This is my favorite move! You should give up now!” - Honestly, I think it is not only YOUR favorite move :D
Kat is not finished as she transitions into another submission. What move is this?
Why it is called an angel t o r t u r e hold! (Sorry, I had to write it that way to avoid the filters - in the meantime, enjoy the a e s t h e t i c)
Kat continues to dominate, apply pressure to the whimpering YUE with not only the hold but with comments just as sharp.
“You can’t get out of this!” she mocks her opponent. Frankly, not sure if the fans want her to get out of the hold, LOL.
YUE has to be careful, as she has tapped to moves of this variant in her past matches.
Kat seems to want to exact revenge from the live show since YUE managed to squeak out a win despite the odds.
Different camera angles capture the hold in its entirety. Kat insists YUE give up, but the Ace of BATTLE isn’t going out like that.
Ririka senses that her partner is in trouble, entering the ring to break up the onslaught.
The competitor adorned in pink forces Kat to stand, pelting her with strikes.
Finally, taking her down to the canvas. Ririka picks her back up, delivers a slap, and goes for another technique.
BOOM! Palo Special!
Kat bellows out in agony as Ririka forces her weight on her, pulling her opponent’s arms back. She looks as if she’s riding a motorcycle.
This move causes many to tap out as well. Will Kat do the same?
Tune in next time for the shocking conclusion! What a cliffhanger, huh? Will Team DC battle back and secure the victory, or will the YUE and Ririka prove to be too much for them, repeating what happened during the live show? You don’t want to miss the final part of this intense and exciting tag-team match. In the meantime, go out and get some sun. Will be seeing you back here soon!
